(46,166 posts)If the vote is 50 to 50 then Pence votes to break the tie. McCaine's seat has been temporarily filled so right now I'm not sure. Someone will post an answer or be discussing this here in DU, I'm sure, since this is a hot issue.
But my point is not that these three will vote him down. They're not reliable. But it's their speaking out about investigating the issue that feels like soon a dam will break and more will speak out. Kav with either be investigated or drop out since Republicans are now wanting to know more about the allegation.
