On no one at party that saw him coming forward, or will have someone lie a alibi for that night.

and certainly this is not a proven fact, but mere assertion. MSNBC is certainly not reporting as "fact"

do it and now he knows what party it was that he didn't do it at. ??? Sounds like pussy-grabber Trump helped him come up with that.

I doubt any one can remember which high school parties they attended, specially during and after a heavy night of drinking.

And the feeling of utter helplessness. Back in the day, women were automatically called sluts for even being at those parties, while the men were just boys being boys.

Not much has changed, actually.

establishing that all the stories and scenarios they pushed into the discussion thus far are just so much hot air
are they counting on an assortment of legalistic technicalities to make the case for committee approval? kind of ignores that we have different standards of proof for criminal trials vs. job interviews

since their standard public arguing strategy is to presuppose a frame and make the NEXT argument, this suggests to me the professor's allegations have merit that will not be disputable through credible witness testimony.

I want him to take a polygraph, too. Asked about drinking, drugs and how he acted towards the girls at parties. Also about the stolen documents. The full monty.

He will magically remember he stayed home the hours of the alleged incident for some humanitarian purpose while being able to recite the plot from a TV episode from memory that was playing in the background at the time. It just all came back to him after his visit to the WH...(and what credit card debts??).

notes did not name a specific person, but her husband says she did say it was Kavanaugh.

Reporters are going to track down her friends, Judge, the homeowner and whoever else was there. I expect that by tomorrow or Wed, this denial will completely collapse.

Does Mark Judge also now deny he was at the party? Is everyone else who was there willing to lie for Kavanaugh?
