Telling us about waiting for Mitch McConnell either keeping her on her leash to vote yes, or seeing it is looking hopeless, releasing her to vote no if Kavanaugh is going down anyway, so she can scrounge up SOME credibility to display in case she runs again in 2020.

So he didn't lie.

Did he already lie to a Senate Committee on a previous occasion? Shouldn't he have been disqualified for that?
