single woman I know that is into it. Maybe some are, and more so now that it's rampant on the internet, but it was pretty rare back when Clarence Thomas had his hearing. I imagine back then, any video store manager would tell you women never went back to the porn room, and if they did, it was for a bachelorette party.

Being a poor farm girl that became a law professor by the time of the hearings, her background makes it look like she's every bit as conservative as Thomas. An actual conservative, not the kind of white-wing zealot that passes for conservative these days, so really probably more conservative.

When the FBI interviewed her, she was able to give some pretty specific details about the porn Thomas was harassing her over. Details a real porn freak would know. What's more likely, this accomplished woman in her 30's being a secret porn aficionado, or a guy like Thomas in his 40's? It's pretty hard not to know a creep just about like what Dr. Hill described Thomas to be. She was totally believable to me.

You made a brave decision outing yourself, knowing the death threats from the wingnuts would come.
