Why are Senators Blumenthal & others saying Kavanaugh provided "misleading" testimony?

Another democrat used the same language when describing Kavanaugh's testimony earlier today, but I can't remember which one.

FFS, Stop with the soft language! Kavanaugh LIED! Why is that word so hard to say?! Kavanaugh is a f*cking liar who has been caught lying under oath in previous hearings!

Before they actually say he perjured himself I'm thinking they need a conviction from a court. Until then, I believe they are being as blunt as the Senate rules allow. Not that Republicans would ever be so dignified.

All norms are out the window thanks to McConnell's collusion with trump and possibly Russia. The way he's ramming things through and hiding documents means all normal rules should no longer apply.

Falsehoods and untruths. I want to punch the TV set when ever I hear people use these terms. The GOP has no problem using the words LIES even when there aren't actual lies. Dems and the spineless MSM are the ones who white wash the severity and accuracy of false statements intentionally made...AKA LIES!
