(12,858 posts)Many Evangelicals will think it's pro GOP.
Why? Because preachers, televangelists have been telling them that if dems are elected, Evangelicals will lose their right to practice their religion. Eg, preaching or saying that homosexuality is a sin will be deemed bigoted or hate speech. At a minimum they might be fined for 'simply speaking god's truth.'
See Jim Bakker Youtube videos. They are really pushing that Evangelicals must elect people in midterms who will support Trump. He has been chosen by god to bring America back to god.

(14,565 posts)Right wingers would have no problem embracing that sticker, other than the ACLU.
It has far more red than blue, for one thing.
I could see them cutting off or covering the ACLU lettering.
Another example of a weak slogan/sticker from our side. We seem to specialize in that type of thing

(18,635 posts)The ACLU is the only charity I donate a portion of my SS check to regularly. I figure it's a lot of bang for my buck. Anytime I see a case where someone is being discriminated against, the ACLU is always in the article.
Thanx for you contribution.
