The simple fact is that no one on this board knows whether or not Kavanaugh is innocent or guilty of this allegation, at least, not yet.

As I've said many, many times, there are plenty of other reasons not to confirm him, lying to the congress under oath is a pretty big one.

The other issues are abortion and women's health, the fact that he lied to the senate in the 2000s and there is proof, his stand on thinking that the fake prez can't be impeached and is above the law, his gambling debts and his vagueness with questions in general. This was BEFORE the rape accusation. We must stop any and all SCOTUS picks while there is an investigation of the sitting fake prez.
