I had search results that were skewed far-right mostly Brietbart, some Fox News, and tons of garbage from reddit and unheard of right wing blogs. There was one Vanity Fair article with a snippet of her words defending him but the article was old and tilted right so I’m not bringing it in here to DU.

I cannot find the more recent article I read where she elaborated and spoke of her current relationship with Sherrod and her friendship with his current wife. I will take her word over that of the rights propaganda channel any day however.
