Or who would handcuff anyone who would dare question him anyhow.
That is just unacceptable.

(3,059 posts)However, let's be honest. The man didn't just ask a question. He stood up and started yelling. Please don't get me wrong here, I have no problem with what he did. I think he had every right to, and the way it was handled was disgraceful. Someone needs to point out to the Rethugs that we have the right to peaceably assemble and redress our government for differences. It's called the First Amendment. The reason I'm bringing this up is to ask you to think back and compare this to the way the tea-baggers were treated when they did the same thing at Democratic town hall meetings when the ACA was being discussed. Or at least trying to be discussed. Those bastards screamed, yelled, and wouldn't let anyone say anything. And they were treated with more respect than they deserved...certainly more than they gave.
Not that the MSM would ever do this, but this should have been plastered on every news show, along with file footage showing the tea-baggers at work. People need to see first hand how these ass-holes deal with people who don't do as they're told.

(57 posts)President Obama has been pretty good at ducking and not answering questions too, especially questions concerning marijuana that comes direct from the unwashed masses.
It looks pretty silly accusing rMoney of doing what the President does too, not to the same extent but he does do it too.

(36,063 posts)Sooner or later the "needs "of the security establishment always put an end to openness.
In those episodes of opacity, we are forced to trust the nature of the person we elected will hold true. I wouldn't want a president who needs to hide the typical details, like tax returns, that allow for making an assessment of a candidate's nature.
