souls of those of us paying attention with previously unimaginable outrages. There is no consistency; no caution; no vision; no intellect. And, each night, most of us escape into sleep. Over the course of a few hours, the miracle of healing begins and we wake to a new day feeling better; feeling that maybe yesterday wasn't as bad as we thought.

And, then, we flip on the TV or the radio or we go online---and Trump rips the scabs off our wounds----AGAIN!
