Outside Of Recusing Himself From The Russian Investigation - Is There Anything Else Sessions.....

didn't come through on for Trump?

Seems to me that everything else Trump wanted Sessions to do - he did or did I miss something?

that Trump and the GOP so enthusiastically advocate - Muslim exclusion, refugee babies in cages, immigration restrictions, federal prosecution of marijuana possession, you name it. But Trump cares even more about protecting his own ass.

That alone makes me almost like Sessions.

He also keeps mentioning the Wall ... as if it’s Sessions’s job to write the budget and get the funds and hire the Mexican contractors to build it.

He hasn't revoked the "broadcast license" of media outlets that don't fawn over him

and a few other things I'm sure

That the Attorney General can't legally do thee things does not matter to Trump

...is not acting as Trump's personal lawyer/fixer. He's not ordering people arrested or punished on Trump's say-so. That, I believe, is the second root of Trump's rage against him, the first being Sessions' self-recusal on the Russia investigation.

Similarly, Trump, in his heart of hearts, believes the FBI is supposed to act as his very own jackbooted army and network of spies. They aren't and they won't. So he is trying to destroy them.
