1) What's in it personally for Hatch? (What is really motivating him)

2) What is the real reason this case is important? (Think Mueller investigation and charges against certain people in state vs. federal trials)

I am not a lawyer, but after reading Hatch's Amicus brief and reading about this case, I would say there is something very suspicious driving Hatch's Amicus Brief and reasoning.

I believe Hatch like multiple other members of the Senate and Congress are dirty and covering for Trump and the Russia involvement and their days are numbered and they are panicked and its things like this, getting Kavanaugh on the SCOTUS that is their desperate efforts to protect themselves.

behind this than one man's appointment.

If something sounds fishy it probably is. "Why the rush?" Is the key.

And, what could Trump have on these enablers to risk it all to push kavenaugh through so quickly, with all his baggage?

And to command such loyalty to trump in general? Hell, they'd get Pence if trump was gone.

Could the RNC hack where nothing was publically released hold any answers?

And I for one believe that Pence will be also found to have been complicit, so we won't end up with President Pence when Trump is removed, and if so, only briefly....

They know all this and they are panicked and protecting themselves....

communicate. It's like they all have this secret mission. Literally, Where do they talk? When do they talk? Why isn't it all leaked
