Mrs. Betty Bowers always keeps it real, and this time on SCOTUS she hits it out of the park ...

Please stop invoking Merrick Garland. This is no longer about retribution/karma for Republicans playing dirty with the SCOTUS nomination process. This is now about keeping an amoral sexual predator who lies under oath off the bench.

Bowers is correct. This has nothing to do with Garland. It is to stop a sexual predator from sitting in the SCourt.

Kavanaugh is Trump's golden ticket from prosecution.
Everything he will be charged with will find its way to the SCourt.
Kavanaugh will never rule against Trump & that is his 1st duty.

From that point, we can expect a rapid decent from current human rights across the board.

There are those hardline republicans who have already made public statements as to the 19th Amendment.
I have no doubt, if given a favorable SCourt, one or more of them would push to see how far they would get with limiting voting rights.

Hard line republicans as well as AnnCoulter & AltRighters such as Richard Spencer have publicly stated that women should not have been given the right to vote.

"Ann Hart Coulter is an American conservative social and political commentator, ..... If we took away women's right to vote, we'd never have to worry about another Democrat president."

Kavanaugh is just the guy to sign off on this if given unlimited power.

He must never be seated on our Supreme Court.

Merrick Garland was too decent for the gop to nominate. They only support immoral sleazebags to positions of power. You know, guys like themselves, and their Orange Mistake. When they say "Make America Great Again" they mean, all men in charge and women barefoot and pregnant. No woman should get a college degree, or even have a cogent thought in the gop big tent. They like women dumb, silent and obedient.

to confirm a political hack before the election with no proper confirmation process. There are at least two important principles at stake here.

With all the coverage of the sexual assault allegations his lying under oath often falls off the radar, but it is malfeasance much more recent than 30 years ago.

He "outgrew" nothing.
