Confirmed it how?. By ignoring Rosenstein's denial and the other people in the room who said it was a sarcastic quip directed at McCabe?.

I read it as CNN confirmed that Rosenstein seriously had conversations about trying to 25th trump.

My problem with much of the reporting is that it is saying it's an established fact that Rosenstein was serious while omitting the denials.

I am glad someone has the balls to voice these thoughts, to speak truth to
power (in this case, illegitimate and corrupt power) Someone willing to risk
his ass to save the rest of us.

But instead they got played.
