Ronan Farrow has put out a statement that the NYT contacted Deborah Ramirez and that she declined to talk with them because she was talking exclusively to Farrow and The New Yorker magazine.

The NYT "passed on the story" story is a lie.

Ramirez didn't talk to NYT because she had agreed to give exclusive access to The New Yorker.
