So Brett not only didn't have sex but didn't share any meaningful intimacy with any girl until he was in his mid 20s or later.

Two possibilities

Bret is lying again, which you know, all of us know he is, or,

Brett is incredibly underdeveloped socially.

Who wants somebody on the Supreme Court who either is a liar/attacking women or so socially inept that he cannot traverse the normal social experimentation that ALL young people do from their later teens.

Exactly what demographic does the "I couldn't get to third base" appeal to?

I don't know, I read the urban dictionary descriptions and it seems like there's a lot of room for assault on 1st and 2nd. And Dr. Ford isn't making any claim to 3rd...just unwanted 1st and 2nd (to use K's most current descriptions).
