Kavanaugh's robotic repetition of his "I just want a fair process" talking

point on FOX, no matter what the question was, reminds me of Rubio's robotic debate performance that provoked Christie to brutally mock him.

It also made me think that he didn't sound sober.

He also reminded me of GWB when he would sound kind of out of it.
