I am very suspicious of Brett Kavanaugh

Why would anyone need to memorize talking points and spend 4 days cooped up at the WH to practice/prepare his testimony when he’s just “telling the truth”?

IMO, truth-tellers don’t need 4 days to “practice” to tell the truth; only liars do.

... and really can't swear to what he did or didn't do.

That said, I don't think preparing to testify is a bad thing. My guess is that Dr. Blasey Ford is preparing for her testimony, and I believe she is preparing to tell the truth.

He sounded totally rehearsed. And I bet Bill Shine provided the questions before the interview.

It makes sense.

One of my favorite aspects to HRC is that she was the most prepared person in just about every room she ever entered. Even in situations like the Benghazi hearings. The truth was on her side. I have heard she spent enormous amounts of time reading/prepping. When you are going to be questioned by "highly intelligent" people, trained in a certain craft, you prepare your butt off.

I imagine almost all of the prep is on what not to say.
