Listening to report of today's sentencing of Bill Cosby.

This should tie into Kavanaugh's sexual assault. It would appear that this should be another stake driven to upend his nomination.

They mentioned also that the tactic the defense used was victim shaming. And it usually works to the point that women don't want to go thru it.

would they go on national TV without hesitation and admit that?

Think about it.

How would they answer "when you witnessed this, what did you do about it?"

Evidently not much because it wouldn't be the story it is today if any of the witnesses did something about it and Kavanaugh probably would not have been nominated for any court of significance.

That is a key part of the problem here. For every victim or witness we've heard of, there are probably ten others or more we'll never hear from.

If one comes out on the wrong side of this 30 year old event, it could affect their employment or business detrimentally today.

The GOP whining about not enough witnesses do not account for that..
