According to his own notes, no questions were off limits with Clinton, no matter how embarrassing or sexual in nature?
At that time, he was not looking to preserve anyone's "integrity" or sense of "fairness".
He worked with Ken Starr for a few years.
Now, it's hard to see how any of these questions should be off-limits for him....
