(2,795 posts)They can call or go to the FBI themselves. Not sure what they can do with it from there.
Maybe Avenatti should contact them directly himself.

(14,864 posts)If it wasn't information that it was requested to collect, it won't be in the interview reports. The reports are all it will forward to the senate.
They may not have a means to get new information to the senate if there is no request for it.
Just guessing, but they don't send everything they have. Just what is requested.

(2,143 posts)History shows that Avenatti isn't one to passively accept what 45* doles out. I expect to hear what his client has to say, one way or another. He could do a tv press conferences such as the ones Gloria Allred has done with her clients. One example is the one she did with Amber Frey, Scott Peterson's girlfriend.

It just say Kavanaugh was present.
From the minute Avenatti released her declaration hes known that was a problem...😐

(14,864 posts)The purpose of a background check is to uncover information that would bear on the character of a person being screened.
Facilitating and being present at gang rapes certainly gets to the character of someone being screened.

(81,521 posts)He always makes me think of a predatory animal, stalking prey. Eyes straight ahead, focused, unperturbed, studying its target, watching every move, calculating when to move in. Cool and calm. Unrelenting. All business. Ready to strike. Like some jungle cat, or raptor.
I don't ever want to be on the wrong side of that gaze.

(10,130 posts)He has to let the FBI do their job.
But when his client is ignored, it gives him a very broad opening to take his client's case to the media.
The story could have died down some while the FBI did their thing. Now, there is going to be a second news stream talking about this - informing more people about the stench of this process and firing up women.
