Flake says he's still a yes vote on Kavinaugh

"unless they turn up something else" or words to that affect.

So he's given us one week of respite, to be followed by a lifetime of misogynist, anti-labor, anti-civil rights, pro-corporate power and imperialist presidency rulings.

Pardon me if I don't join the "Flake is a hero" cheers.

Does he not believe Ford?

Did he not see the nominee's rage filled performance on Thursday?

Isn't he aware of the times the nominee obviously perjured himself?

How anyone could have sat through that testimony and still think this man deserves a lifetime appointment on the Court is beyond me.

GOP support for this nomination is partisan tribalism pure and simple. We're fine with a credibly accused wannabe rapist, as long as he's OUR wannabe rapist?

7. All the things you wrote are clear as day to me. But I'm not a republican.

Flake talks a big game and trashes trump but in the end he always falls in line. But maybe, just maybe, not this time.
We will see.

Kavanaugh was so unhinged, so full of rage and tears and constantly talking about his love of beer, I was hoping that a Senator

witnessing his meltdown would ask him, "Judge Kavanaugh, have you been drinking today? Would you submit to a
breathalyzer right now?"

I'm serious. The guy is a fucking nut-job drunk and a partisan hack.

I don't see how anyone can expect any survivor to come forward ever again, after the country put Dr. Ford through this incredible ordeal, only to reward her attacker anyway.

8. Is this just another ploy they're using now?

And no matter what the FBI finds they'll still vote him onto the bench for putin , trump and themselves next. They know he'll protect putin , and trump , and themselves for being treasonous , corrupt , and liars, why wouldn't they do this now? trump and the gop are criminals, and justice will catch up to them sooner than they think. trumps trying to take both sides again like he always does , but the facts are kavanaugh is for their self protection . They could care less about women ad their rights, other than taking them away from them all. This will incite so many against them they'll lose it almost all, and kavanaugh will be removed and replaced anyway. He's too corrupt and lies too much.
