that he was taking nips on the breaks, not drunk, but high though I wondered how you wouldn't be able to smell it on him

Unless it was completely expunged from a paper only based system, the bc would have found it.

He may drink like a fish, but that doesn't mean he was caught at it behind the wheel.

Of course, some local cop could have just taken him home with no report filed. That happens. But once you are booked, there is a pretty permanent record of the arrest.

The problem is, many would be local town papers, and you would have to find the time, date and paper.
