How much foresight do we need to see that this confirmation will do great harm to the institution..?

...of the Supreme Court?

But Republicans do not seem to have even a minimal amount of foresight or they simply do not care?

They have shown that they do not care about the institutions of this country. They are not "conservatives" - they are "radicals". Somewhere, they adopted the idea that our government was so bad that it needed to be torn down and replaced with something else.

They have proven that they do not care about our country.

It really is checkmate for the US Republic. It truly will be what we tried to warn everyone about. It's that bad.

Trump has damaged the presidency and the Congress. Now it's the SCOTUS's turn.
