As I understand it, 10am eastern time and will run for 8 hours per day. 4 hours live from New York and 4 hours live from Los Angeles.

Sometimes Up has some issues that I should listen and learn about but I don't always. But when they do politics, like yesterday, it is excellent.
He's early on Sat and Sun morning. I love TiVo.
