...the fact that she chooses to be sexually active in her mid/late 20's must mean that she wasn't assaulted in her late teens.

So, the only possible conclusion is that any woman who has been assaulted must join the convent if she thinks she might one day come out to her community and name her assailant.

I just don't get the thought process.

how did she get all those government jobs requiring security clearances? I have some questions as well about the details of her statement, but this guy's letter, even if everything he says is true, doesn't actually refute anything in her statement.

But couldn’t the same “security clearance” argument be applied to Kavanaugh?

Members of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal judiciary and the Supreme Courts of the individual States are not granted security clearances but may be granted access to classified information to the extent necessary to adjudicate cases being heard before these individual courts.

but it does show the despicability of the Republican committee to release such a letter without context. And then there's this:

"On or about Feb. 15 of this year [1995], the suit claims, Ketterer was diagnosed by a psychiatrist as suffering from a manic-depressive illness known as bipolar II disorder, for which treatment with lithium was prescribed . . ."
