Maybe my favorite part of the NYT piece.

Is that in 2003, Trump convinced his siblings that they should all sell the Trump real estate empire, which his (awful) father spent 70 years building, because the real estate market had peaked.

The real estate market wouldn't peak for another 5-6 years, and never really burst in NYC. Plus, the empire was sold for $300M LESS than it was valued.

Trump is quite literally the worst businessman in history. Everything he has touched his entire life has turned to crap.
