(51,627 posts)NYC Mayor wants to get as much back as possible for the city in unpaid taxes. There is a 3-6 year time period that has passed, and there is the issue of intent. It will be difficult to prove his intent if he hired lawyers and accountants to advise him.
This makes no sense to me since this is not my area of expertise, it is just what the CNN guest said just now.

Dumpster has been playing this game for decades..and gotten away with it.
A civil case in NY isn't going to bother him.
