In a nutshell: There's nothing in Ryan's Medicare plan that contains costs

it merely shifts those costs to the beneficiary. The vouchers would keep up with inflation in general, but health care consistently outpaces general inflation by a fuck of a lot.

That's an easy to understand and accurate summation of his plan, so pass it on:
