(9,838 posts)back with interest. No one in history ever had such a small inheritance. I parlayed that small loan into a multimillion dollar fortune as evidenced by the Trump Brand Empire. We have outlets all over the universe, selling water, meat, fashions for men (long, red, neckties) and ladies (Ivanka's stuff), hotels, votes, elections, SCOTUS seats, lindsey grahams, senate seats, etc.

(7,142 posts)Oh dear, should I have said that? I hope I didn't energize a deplorable to vote. I'm just going to have to buy me a fainting couch to keep me restrained.
Oh and screw the deplorables, I live in the middle of them in central Pa. and they are all beyond reasoning with.

(17,939 posts)We know pappa dumpf broke all kinds of tax laws to pass his wealth in bits and pieces to his favorite kid, but most of that is criminally beyond the statute of limitations, if not all of it. Is dumpf doing the same with HIS favorite kid? Jr. most likely? That would be relatively recent crimes and they both could be indicted. Just wondering.

(7,142 posts)Trump, the treasonous president, was involved with tax fraud and money laundering for decades, all of his life. He got away with the corruption all of his life, why would he stop? Why would he start paying in more money to the government than he had been paying in for decades?
Remember, Mueller interviewed Trump's money guy, his accountant. Trump is a narcissist and being exposed as a fraud, money wise, sex wise, education wise, has got to be gnawing at him. Just think what is going to happen when he doesn't have his Republican traitorous pals covering for him. I see a nervous breakdown.

(17,939 posts)All the state tax law violations are state only. No pardons possible by a sitting president and Gamble v. US does not apply.
Personally, I think the concern over Gamble v. US is exaggerated.
