Has anyone have been having nightmares in the last few months?

okay to show you how crazy I am -- I am having nightmares lately of the Trump and Republicans trying to call off the Mid-term elections.

The more I hear people say "New Normal" I cringe.

I'm tired of waking up and checking Trump's twitter account to make sure Trump hasn't declare Martial Law.

My husband use to laugh at me and say I am being over-dramatic when Trump first took office but now he seems to want to have extra food in the house--just in case. That is something we only did during winter months before Trump.

I don't know how much more we can descend in madness. America is basically responsible for the kidnapping of 500 to 1000 children "detained" at the border. What country can justify placing 6 year olds, 3 year olds and even 18 months babies in criminal hearing for being brought to this country.

Racism is becoming acceptable it seems or at the very least more bold.

I just needed to get this off my chest.

And Trump and his goons will just laugh in our faces because we didn't vote for him. Yeah that's about as fucked up as it gets.

go to sleep and have these nightmares. I sometimes feel like I haven't had a peaceful night's sleep in months. What I wouldn't give for a night of sleep without a disturbing dream or nightmare.

11. I Wouldn't Say "Nightmares," But Trump Is Occasionally Showing Up In My Dreams

In one dream, I found myself face to face with him and I very bluntly told him to resign. In another, which was a little bit scarier, I was hiding outside my house because Trump was inside searching for me (he and his goons were going house to house arresting anyone who didn't support him). I ran inside to pack a bag and get out before he could find me, but I got caught, so I challenged him to an arm wrestling match, and the loser would go to prison (I'm a former college football player and I'm still pretty strong--definitely stronger than him, anyway). He of course refused. Then I woke up.

People laugh when I tell them about those dreams, but the bigger picture is, honestly, how messed up is it that I'm having dreams about Trump and his goon squad going around and rounding up dissenters......and it doesn't even sound all that implausible?

I have not had any nightmares about dump etc. but I feel like I’m living in a nightmare most of the time if news is available. I just turned off news notifications on my ipad 3 days ago and I feel a bit better. I was ata a doc appointment yesterday and complained that they had news on, I asked them to turn it off and they said they're not allowed to. I complained to the doctor who said he has no say in it either. It was not faux news but it was a local station that I know is conservative but not crazy. I told him it is not appropriate for a doc office to be playing any news as it can upset the patients. I wonder who is responsible for this.
