(23,102 posts)He kept saying "as is standard", which is a weasley lie because no other SCOTUS nominee has been accused of rape and sexual assault. I wish she had made that point frequently but she just let the lie slide. I'm glad she at least pushed some.

(13,571 posts)Any time someone from this administration is on public display, that audience of ONE is watching with eagle eye to judge the "performance." Was Wray under oath? I don't know. But he is expected to be truthful and yet expected by ONE to be protective.

We're not discussing national security here. Americans have the right to know the scope of this investigation.
Granted, we don't have to know all the details of their findings, but we should know officially the parameters of an investigation of this critically serious lifetime appointment.
