evacuation. They were told to hold tight......until after the storm. It's too late to leave.

They had plenty of warning.

Many people told the dispatchers, "BUT WE DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD BE THIS BAD!!"

(well, they got the "didn't think" part right and it will cost them their lives)
