USA Today criticized for printing Trump op-ed despite alleged inaccuracies

USA Today is under fire for publishing an op-ed article from President Donald Trump on the Democratic party's efforts to push for "Medicare for All" that many allege contains factual inaccuracies.

The article, published Wednesday morning, claims that the Democratic plan would hurt seniors and effectively eliminate the Medicare program, which provides health care to Americans older than 65 and those with disabilities, among other dubious statements.

"How can @usatoday allow Trump to publish an article with documented falsehoods?" tweeted Glenn Kessler, who writes the "Fact Checker" blog for The Washington Post.

"Publishing this op-ed is journalistic malpractice," tweeted journalism professor Dan Gillmor. "It is full of outright lies, easily demonstrated lies. Disgraceful."

Requests for comment emailed to USA Today's standards editor and to the White House were not immediately returned.

it's not "many allege it contains factual inaccuracies."...It's a God Damned FACT that it contains "factual inaccuracies"

It's not a fucking "he said/she said" fucking issue you worthless pieces of amphibian shit!!!! It's a "he said/HE'S FUCKING LYING" issue.

This entire past 50 fucking years of American history are going to be looked at with abject shame by future journalist.

Here's an idea MSM. Everything is NOT just the opposite side of a fucking coin!!!!

Going in and "stealing another countries oil" is not a FUCKING FOREIGN POLICY plan equal to the Marshall Plan...it's the unhinged rantings of a raving fucking lunatic...and yet, it was treated as if it were just the "other side of the same fucking coin".
