I don't have that much with him but we did talk about the market this morning. I had 3 houses and I sold 2. I put my money into real estate. That being said he said to me that people are calling him to get into the market(people who don't normally invest) and he said it is a warning. We are reaching 2007 exuberance.

I also said Trump primed the pump when things were good. This is very dangerous because any problem with the economy spells disaster because we used one of our devices to help the economy. I am thinking of going to a cash position.

Long Term US treasuries at highest rates in 7 years. This probably effects the tech companies because they rely on cheap financing.

Because the government is paying more to borrow money. I often wonder if the bankruptcy president will someday decide its a good idea to default on treasury bonds.
