Is there any rule which has NO exceptions; any truth which is totally without some minor flaw or aberration?
I believe each of us has our own subjective list of absolutes, but none can be imposed on another.

(115,679 posts)Qualifiers are often needed, to be sure, but some can be pretty close to absolute. Cause the least harm possible.

so yes there are absolutes that can be place on others. Sexual abuse of children is 100% wrong and is an absolute to be imposed on all.
