I am an arthritic 69 year old who is ready to get arrested in DC.

If the National Park Service's proposed restrictions on protests are implemented, including making 80% of the sidewalk outside the White House off limits and requiring prohibitive fees, clean up deposits and lead times, we MUST violate at the first opportunity and in such numbers as to prohibit arrests and intimidate THEM! We will either exercise our rights or meekly surrender them. I don't think there I a middle ground in this battle.

Look for me. I'll be the gray-haired dude in the "NOT MY PRESIDENT" tee shirt, hopefully obscured by half a million or so companions.

It's been tried before. I'd suggest looking to coordinate with the ACLU to make any protest the most effective.

A suggestion, indeed, the ACLU will fight this in the courts...we fought, those before us fought for the rule of law..now those coming up behind us will fight - for us, and this country...just stay well, vigilant, and ever the patriot for your country.

..BTW - YOU are 69 years young.....don't make me come over there...
