Just mentioned on TRMS she shows GOP law in ND where provisional ballots are ... NOT ... counted !!

Just mentioned on TRMS she shows GOP law where provisional ballots are ... NOT ... counted if a person doesn't come back to verify some address information.

Seems like the GOP has been making laws like this regarding provisional ballots for the last 15 years and is a big part of their voter suppression efforts.

I'm thinking minimum there should be exit polling for provisional ballots so there is some kind of empirical idea how effective these voter suppression measures are in red states.

... counted before a winner is announced.

Also, how many people are going to have time to go through that process of getting address proof etc.

We should know where there is a high percentage of provisional ballots given via exit polling at the least
