Yes, Fran Townsend, things have gone bad, recently

I was thinking last week about two journalists, fighting corruption, murdered in Bulgaria and in Turkey. Cannot help wondering whether having the “leader of the free world” a bully and a thug, how much this has contributed.

Fran Townsend, a former national security adviser to Bush, on CBS Morning show mentioned additional events “recently.” No, she did not try to find a cause but in my mind the link is clear.
