If I was one of the 15 members of the Saudi "wet" team

I would be looking for a hole to climb into right now...

The current Saudi / Trump plan (apparently) is to blame this on an interrogation team sent to Turkey and they overstepped their authority.

Probably a charge of murder (which carries the death penalty) for some of the team (scapegoat in the extreme) followed by a quick beheading just to make sure some other version of the truth isn't propagated ( other than the lame ass one concocted by MBS and Jared ).

OTOH, if I was MBS, I would be very careful taking helicopter rides or even limo rides.. the Saudi's tend to take care of any member of the royal family that proves to be an embarrassment.

It was reported in a book on the subject that Sultan bin Faisal bin Turki bin Abdullah owned the phone number given to "Saudi secret police" (really American operatives masquerading as Saudis) by one Khalid Sheikh Mohammed after 9/11.

Now... MBS is a bit different since he is the crown prince and just seized power in the Kingdom... but then you never know.
