When it's not a win for 'him' it's time to deflect, project and distract.

He's truly mentally ill but much like with (I'm beginning to think 'other') murderous psychopaths it's an illness that's a huge danger to the rest of us in the world and should be heavily contained behind bars and nice thick and high walls.
