Trump and the truth.

We were talking this morning about how he gets away with fantastical lies and smears about people, to their ruin. And that the rest of us have one hand tied behind our backs because we respect the truth.

Okay how about this: pick one fault that he has, one that his base could really not stand, and exaggerate it a little, and then keep hammering on it, over and over again? Like his smear about Obama's birth certificate worked for him. It would have to be something his base abhors, like related to abortion or something like that. Maybe even, "Trump is going to take away your health care!!!"

When there are two or three dozen ways he's criminal or incompetent, it just becomes noise in the background. There has to be a focus on just one thing that would ruin it for his base.

What would it take? I know it's a cult.
