I am pretty poor too but kinda shop through the year as I see sales. My poor neices have no idea all their presents were 75% off and bought in Feb.

Me too. Our student loans take over 1/3 of our take home pay. We can't afford much either. But I am going to do my best to shop early.

I'm the first to admit that. Kids toys are terrible to find! Everything is Chinese plastic these days.

But, I don't see any reason not to focus our buying power as a whole and put it to use before the election.

All those Christmas sales coming before the election instead of right after it, might make a big difference!
