Ryan to refuse to release more than 2 years of tax returns (although he gave mitt several years)

Mitt Romney required disclosure of “several years” of tax returns when he was interviewing his prospective number two men. This was confirmed by the Romney campaign itself.

In his first joint television appearance on Sunday night Paul Ryan had this news for the voters:

WASHINGTON — Presumptive vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan said on Sunday that while he turned over “several years” of tax returns to the Romney campaign during his vetting process, he would only make two years of tax returns public for voters.

In other words, Mitt Romney required more disclosure for the position of Vice President than he is willing to give to the public when he’s applying to us for the position of President. Apparently Mr. Romney and Mr. Ryan both feel they’ve given “us people” all we deserve to know about them.
