if I remember correctly, his budget would require that the debt ceiling- that the Tea Party went to war over last year- would have to be raised SEVERAL times under Ryan's budget. Though I'm pretty sure that they won't go to war with a Republican POTUS over the debt ceiling. After all, they approved increases several times under GWB without a peep.
