He'll crank his twitter machine into hyperdrive. Since nothing could possibly surprise me, I expect him to express regret that the bombs did not kill any of their intended targets. He may call them "loser" bombs. And nobody will condemn him for these tweets, although Jeff Flake may offer mild consternation.
