I mean, I don't actually support heckling people out of restaurants for the most part (which I know many here disagree with, that's fine, reasonable people can differ). But the heckling is occurring because people are personally upset, and they don't feel that they have any recourse, and it's verbal, not violent. There's also a direct cause and effect (people upset about Kavanaugh, feeling powerless, run into someone who could have stalled or prevented the nomination, ore at least examined it, but didn't).

These wide-ranging assassination attempts are in a different category altogether, and if Andrea Mitchell can't the events apart, her journalism credentials should be revoked.
