Maryland are voting early. Standing in line to vote, even in presidential years, is something foreign to me. Until this year. I take this as a good sign. But no time to stop. Keep the voters coming!! 😀👍🏻

If there was other than absentee balloting (hard because you have to justify the need), here in Pennsylvania, I'm sure we'd be setting early voting records, too. I know I'd be in line at a poll on day 1.

Automatic registration at birth.
Public service announcements daily for a month before election.
States to mail reminders to voters -- just 1 a week for a month.
Voting allowed for 1 week, including 1 week-end.
Election day would be the last day of voting, not the only.
AND ALL BALLOTS ARE PAPER.
