Why Trump continues to attack the media?

Lesley Stahl of CBS News, said this after an interview back in May of this year:

LESLEY STAHL: It's just me, my boss, and him -- he has a huge office -- and he's attacking the press. There were no cameras, there was nothing going on and I said, 'That is getting tired, why are you doing it? You're doing it over and over and it's boring. It's time to end that, you've won the nomination. And why do you keep hammering at this?'

And he said: 'You know why I do it? I do it to discredit you all and demean you all so when you write negative stories about me no one will believe you.'

===========

So, in the future, whenever a report does come down from Mueller about the Russia investigation, he has already set the table. (It is fake news and he has said many times that there was no collusion) It is all made up by the "fake news".

He understands that so long as his base believes him, his Party will never act against him. It is a security fence he has built around himself. He knows what he is doing.

When his crowd yells, "CNN Sucks! CNN Sucks!", he is pleased. Everything is going according to plan.

when they see that we won't elect their extremist butts. They must be defeated big time at the polls.

And the media built him up. He would be nothing but a broke fool without the media pumping him up.

Now he bites them in the ass because they do their job.

#FakeNews is a war on truth. If he can control the dialogue, determine what is true and what isn't, he will run the table, and the public will believe him.

When a real crisis comes, who, what other countries, are going to believe what he says?

Trump is like the boy crying "wolf," one of these days the wolf is going to show up.
