no matter WHO was in control in Congress. For a sitting president to incite violence within the United States, it is illegal and an impeachable offense.
He has ripped this country to shreds. Trump and the GOP will be remembered for the rest of their days for having all of this blood on their hands. Enough is enough.

I am scared.

(9,696 posts)Should we impeach on inciting violence, emolument's clause, forming alliances based on personal profitability, giving away state secrets in the oval office, firing the fbi director investigating him? Hard to choose, so hard the republicans just gave up.

(13,877 posts)It's now basically the Tea Party and the KKK. I believe the party will go away in a couple of election cycles, if not sooner. Trump allowed the country to dredge up its pond scum. But even pond scum, once it sees the light of day and dry land, shrivels up and dies.
My concern is that the Democratic party quickly find someone electable with some of the same traits of Avenatti. We can hold Democratic ideals, with an electable candidate, and still beat them at their insipid game. Just I don't see it yet. Obama is the only one actively responding...at least what I see. Maybe there are others, just the news isn't covering them???
About impeachment...never going to happen. Too many hurdles. But we can threaten the enabler congressfolk with removal from office, starting this November. Because they are the ones stopping every and any threat to Trump. To quote Nixon...He may be a SOB, but he's our SOB.
Get 'em out of here!
